Experiments discover that the antibody at an antiplatelet GPIb (glycoprotein Ib) alpha N terminal can induce activation and death of platelets, the platelets can be quickly removed in liver by macrophagocyte, while the saccharides can remarkably inhibit platelet removal caused by the platelet GPIb alpha antibody, and the platelet quantity can be regulated.
