Abstract

The invention provides a quantum key distribution system based on fast polarization feedback. The system comprises a quantum key distribution transmitter and a quantum key distribution receiver, wherein the quantum key distribution transmitter and the quantum key distribution receiver are arranged at two ends of a power overhead cable; the quantum key distribution transmitter comprises a quantum key distribution (QKD) transmitting end and a fast polarization feedback receiving end; the quantum key distribution receiver comprises a QKD receiving end and a fast polarization feedback transmitting end; the QKD receiving end is used for receiving a quantum key; the fast polarization feedback transmitting end is used for transmitting and modulating the linear polarization light; the QKD transmitting end is used for transmitting the quantum key; the fast polarization feedback receiving end is used for receiving and demodulating the linear polarization light. Compared with the prior art, the quantum key distribution system based on fast polarization feedback provided by the invention is used for tracking feedback of quick polarization by adopting an optical fiber link opposite to normal QKD, the polarization change of a quantum key transmission signal in the overhead cable can be quickly detected and the variation can be compensated.
