Abstract

The present disclosure relates to centrifugal blowers with asymmetric blade spacing. Centrifugal blowers in cooling systems for electronic equipment have asymmetric blade spacing at acceptable balance. Asymmetric blade spacing is determined based on a favorable set of desired acoustic artifacts and a balance similar to that found with equal fan blade spacing. In one embodiment, the fan wheel may include 61 fan blades.
