Abstract

Provided is a solid cosmetic for lips which has an excellent effect of preventing secondary adhesion, a good texture in using, a long-lasting glossiness and a high stability. The cosmetic for lips according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: (a) 5-30 mass% of hydrogenated polyisobutene; (b) 30-70 mass% of one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones separating from (a) when mixed therewith at 25oC; (c) 0.5-15 mass% of an oily component separating from both (a) and (b) when mixed therewith at 25oC; and (d) 4-12 mass% of a wax.
