Abstract

An infrared spectrography detection method for animal oil uses a polyvinyl film as an animal oil sample carrier medium for detection, wherein the polyvinyl film meets the condition that in an infrared spectrogram of a double-layered polyvinyl film subjected to background deducting, no absorption peak appears in the range between 4000 cm<-1> and 400 cm<-1>, or in the range between 4000 cm<-1> and 400 cm<-1>, only two absorption peaks of which the light transmittance values are both greater than or equal to 94.0% appear in the range between 2930 cm<-1> and 2845cm <-1>. The method specifically comprises the following steps: placing the double-layered polyvinyl film in an infrared light path to deduct background, and placing the double-layered polyvinyl film sandwiching animal oil into the light path for detection. Compared with a potassium bromide tabletting method, the infrared spectrography detection method for animal oil is better in coincidence, and accurate in spectrogram determination, does not need a detachable liquid pool or a potassium bromide piece with salt windows of potassium bromide and the like, can realize quick and accurate determination of the animal oil infrared spectrogram with low cost, and can avoid cross contamination among samples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food inspection and detection, in particular to an infrared spectrum detection method of animal oil. Background technique [0002] Animal oil is fat extracted from the meat or tissue of animals. Infrared spectroscopic analysis can generally be determined by detachable potassium bromide salt window liquid pool method and potassium bromide tablet method. With the detachable potassium bromide salt window liquid pool method, the salt windows are reused during the measurement process. After use, the surface is generally cleaned with cotton dipped in acetone and dried with dry air. If the cleaning is not thorough, there will still be residues. It is easy for the sample to form multiple contaminations on the salt window, thereby interfering with the determination results of subsequent samples. Using the potassium bromide tablet method, after coating the tablet, put it into the optical path for detection. After detectio...
