Abstract
The invention discloses a biological preservative solution based on combination of gamma-aminobutyric acid and biocontrol yeast and application of the biological preservative solution. The biological preservative solution is prepared by yeast cell suspension liquid and a gamma-aminobutyric acid solution; every 0.5ml of the yeast cell suspension liquid contains 106-109 antagonistic yeast cells and the balance being sterile water; every 0.5ml of gamma-aminobutyric acid contains 90-110mug of gamma-aminobutyric acid and the balance being water; the volume ratio of the yeast cell suspension liquid to the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 1:1. The antagonistic yeast is Cryptococcus laurentii or Rhodosporidium paludigenum Fell and Tallmani. The biological preservative solution can be used for preventing/controlling pear penicillium disease.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of post-harvest disease prevention and control of fruits, in particular to a biological fresh-keeping technology for improving the effect of yeast on fruit disease prevention and control through gamma-aminobutyric acid. Background technique [0002] Fruits are an important part of the human diet, providing vitamins, organic acids, minerals and antioxidants needed by the human body. However, rotting of fresh fruits in the postharvest stage is a global problem and the losses caused by postharvest diseases are enormous. According to statistics, the post-harvest rot loss rate of fresh fruits and vegetables in developed countries is 15% to 25%, while in developing countries, the rot loss rate of fruits and vegetables is as high as 20% to 50%. Fruit and vegetable rot in my country exceeds 80 million tons per year, causing economic losses of 75 billion yuan, accounting for more than 30% of the output value of the ...
