Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing a less-hairiness low-torque ring yarn. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, blowing away outer-layer fibers of a yarn output from a spinning triangle area; secondly, applying rotational air flow opposite to ring twisting to the outer-layer fibers of the yarn, so that the outer-layer fibers of the yarn and inner-layer fibers of the yarn are reversely twisted, and the outer-layer fibers of the yarn are reversely wound around the inner-layer fibers of the yarn; finally, spinning the less-hairiness low-torque ring yarn. According to the method, by the simple improvement of an existing ring spinning machine, the possibility of processing the less-hairiness low-torque ring yarn in one process step through one machine is realized. The technology is applied to production of all types of short fiber materials, and can be used for processing a low-twist yarn which cannot be normally processed by a conventional ring spinning machine. The less-hairiness low-torque ring yarn is excellent in mechanical performance, good in hand feeling, uniform in evenness, less in surface hairiness and low in residual torque.
