Abstract

The invention relates to a conformal bearing antenna cover body defect detection method based on far-zone electromagnetic field distribution. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) building an analysis model of a conformal bearing antenna without a cover; (2) simulating the near-field distribution of the surface of an antenna array; (3) measuring a far field of a conformal bearing antenna with a cover; (4) performing grid division on a cover body of the conformal bearing antenna with the cover; (5) inversely calculating transmission coefficients at all parts of the antenna cover body according to a near field on the surface of the antenna array, obtained by simulating in the step (2), and the far field of the antenna with the cover, measured in the step (3); and (6) inversely calculating the material thicknesses of all grid parts of the antenna cover body according to the transmission coefficients at all the parts of the antenna cover body to obtain shapes and positions of material defects. Compared with the prior art, the method has the characteristic that the material defects of the packaged cover body can be detected as the material defects of the cover body of the conformal bearing antenna are determined according to the near field of the antenna without the cover and the far field of the antenna with the cover.
