Problems solved by technology

Solid buoyancy materials generally refer to high-strength or ultra-high-strength water pressure-resistant polymer composite materials with a density much smaller than water. For example, patent 200410030821.6 discloses polyurethane-epoxy resin foam solid buoyancy materials; patent 200610007987.5 discloses a Polyurethane-epoxy resin solid buoyancy materials added by glass microspheres, these materials have excellent compression resistance and can meet the application of deep sea research. However, in the current research work on solid buoyancy materials, they are all based on higher pressure resistance Research on deep-sea applications, specific functional solid buoyancy materials are rare

Abstract

The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic epoxy solid buoyancy material, and a preparation method thereof. The super-hydrophobic epoxy solid buoyancy material comprises, by mass, 100 parts of epoxy resin, 5 to 20 parts of a diluents, 2 to 20 parts of a flexibilizer, 60 to 80 parts of a curing agent, 0.5 to 5 parts of a catalyst, 10 to 80 parts of hollow microsphere, and 2 to 15 parts of a fluorated acrylic acid prepolymer. The fluorated acrylic prepolymer is a novel fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer; comprises one or a plurality of compounds selected from a fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer A, a fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer B, and a fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer C; and is prepared via successive synthesis of the fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer A, the fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer B, and the fluorine-modified acrylic acid prepolymer C, and hot-press curing molding with other formula ingredients. The super-hydrophobic epoxy solid buoyancy material possesses excellent selt-cleaning performance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance; the preparation method is simple; repeatability is high; cost is low; complex chemical processing processes are not needed; and industrialized application prospect is promising.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of functional non-metallic composite materials, and in particular relates to a superhydrophobic epoxy-based solid buoyancy material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Superhydrophobic materials generally refer to materials with surface stable contact angles greater than 150° and rolling contact angles less than 10°. The research on superhydrophobicity comes from the "lotus leaf effect" proposed by Barthlott et al. After research, it is found that the reason why lotus leaves will ooze silt without staining is that there is a layer of superhydrophobic material on the surface of lotus leaves, which makes the water flow gather together and roll without being stained. Penetration, so that the lotus leaf has the characteristics of self-cleaning leaf surface. In recent years, research on super-hydrophobic materials has been extensive. For example, super-hydrophobic materials can preven...
