Problems solved by technology

If ammonia-containing wastewater is discharged into ponds or rivers, the phenomenon of high nitrite content will be quite serious, which will lead to sudden death of fish and shrimp, thus causing serious economic losses to farmers
Even if the lethal concentration is not reached, the physiological function of fish and shrimp will be disturbed due to the nitrite content exceeding the tolerance of fish and shrimp, which will affect growth or cause other diseases
[0004] However, known methods for removing ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, such as the breakpoint chlorination method, are only suitable for treating low-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater due to high operating costs, and the by-product chloramines and chlorinated organics will cause secondary pollution to the environment
In addition, the known air stripping method and biological method have the disadvantages of low stripping efficiency and large floor space when the water temperature is low, so they cannot efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen in wastewater

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-performance ammonia recovery system. The high-performance ammonia recovery system at least comprises a first heat exchanger, a reaction tank and a first ammonia absorber. The first heat exchanger is used for preheating wastewater, and the reaction tank is communicated to the first heat exchanger. The reaction tank heats the preheated wastewater to a first temperature, and also comprises a catalyst for allowing ammonia in the wastewater to be divorced from the wastewater and then be converted into ammonia gas. The first ammonia absorber is connected with a second heat exchanger and is communicated to the reaction tank; a second absorber allows the ammonia gas to be dissolved in pure water so as to be converted into ammonia water by spraying pure water, and the ammonia water is cooled to a second temperature through the second heat exchanger.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-efficiency ammonia recovery system, in particular to using heating and adding a catalyst to effectively separate ammonia from waste water and convert it into ammonia water for recovery. Background technique [0002] Ammonia-containing wastewater widely exists in people's daily life and various industries. In recent years, with the emphasis on organic pollution such as nitrogen and phosphorus, the denitrification technology of various ammonia-containing wastewater has become a very important topic. [0003] Nitrite is an intermediate product in the process of converting ammonia into nitrate, which is toxic to aquatic animals such as fish and shrimp. If ammonia-containing wastewater is discharged into ponds or rivers, the phenomenon of high nitrite content will be quite serious, which will lead to sudden death of fish and shrimp, thus causing serious economic losses to farmers. Even if the lethal concentration is not reac...
