Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting essence from lotus stamens. The method particularly comprises the steps of selecting stamens in lotus flowers and buds as production raw materials, then soaking pollen in the stamens and the buds by using an organic solvent, namely, ethyl acetate or an ether extraction agent, filtering, separating the organic solvent, the pollen and the buds to obtain a mixed solvent, finally putting the mixed solvent into a fractional distilling flask, heating the fractional distilling flask, and recycling the organic solvent in the mixed solvent through evaporation, thereby obtaining an essence raw material left in the fractional distilling flask. By implementing the method disclosed by the invention, the lotus pollen and the buds with concentrated fragrance are effectively used as the raw materials, and the extracted essence is high in purity. The extracted lotus essence is purely natural, has no harm to a human body, and has obvious effects on calming the nerves and arousing the human brain. Because the essence is non-toxic and harmless, the essence not only can be used for preparing various perfumes and air fresheners, but also can be used as food additives.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of essence extraction, and in particular relates to a method for extracting essence from lotus stamens. Background technique [0002] Essence is also called blending essence or blending spice. A product with a certain type of aroma that is made by blending (preparing) natural flavors and artificial flavors in an appropriate proportion. It is an artificial flavor. It is mostly used in the manufacture of food flavors and consists of at least several kinds of spice raw materials, even dozens of natural and synthetic spices, or a complex of organic compounds. [0003] At present, the deployment of flavor can be composed of the following: [0004] (1) Fragrance base - the main body showing the characteristics of fragrance type; [0005] (2) Synthetic fragrance agent - an ingredient for the purpose of reconciling the aroma of various ingredients; [0006] (3) Modifiers - ingredients that change the flavor of ...
