Embodiment Construction

[0042] The preferred embodiments of the invention will be further described in detail below.

[0043] After a lot of experiments, it was found that although the brightness of the fluorescent signal emitted by the same batch of fluorescent microspheres after being excited is different, the fluorescent spectra emitted by this batch of fluorescent microspheres after being excited have a high similarity .

[0044] like figure 1 Shown is a series of corresponding spectral waveform graphs obtained by exciting multiple fluorescent microspheres of the same batch with laser light, where the abscissa represents the pixel, and the ordinate represents the intensity of the fluorescence. It can be seen from the figure that Although the intensity of the fluorescence emitted by the excited fluorescent microspheres is quite different, the shapes of the spectral waveforms are roughly the same, such as figure 2 shown, yes figure 1 A series of spectral waveforms as shown are normalized to obtai...

Abstract

The invention discloses a decoding method and a decoding system of a fluorescent encoded microsphere. The decoding method of the fluorescent encoded microsphere comprises the step of exciting, namely, irradiating a fluorescent microsphere with laser; receiving a spectrum waveform emitted by a certain fluorescent microsphere which is excited by the laser; and determining, namely, selecting a certain reference spectrum waveform which is similar to the spectrum waveform from a plurality of reference spectrum waveforms in a reference spectrum waveform library and determining that the fluorescent microsphere is a reference fluorescent microsphere which corresponds to the certain reference spectrum waveform. According to the decoding method and the decoding system, more fluorescent materials can be utilized for encoding the microsphere; the fluorescent microsphere distinguishing accuracy is improved; the fluorescent microspheres can be simply prepared, transported and preserved; more waveform codes can be adopted, i.e., the number of microsphere codes is increased.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the field of detection, in particular to a decoding method and system for fluorescently coded microspheres. 【Background technique】 [0002] Biochip (biochip) technology is a high-throughput biomolecular detection technology that integrates microelectronics, life science, computer science and photoelectrochemistry, and is a major revolution in the field of life science. The traditional form of biochip technology is also called microarray (microarray) technology. Its principle is to integrate biomolecules (DNA, RNA, polypeptide, protein, etc.) of known sequence on a solid surface to form a probe array. The detected biomolecules are hybridized with the above-mentioned probe array, and the detection of biomolecules is achieved by detecting the hybridization probes at the corresponding positions. Traditional biochip hybridization belongs to solid-liquid phase hybridization, and its discrete solid-liquid reaction environment and w...
