Abstract

The invention discloses a disinfection composition and use thereof as well as a method for preparing a disinfectant from the same. The disinfection composition is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the mass percent of the component A in the disinfection composition is M which is greater than or equal to 25% and less than or equal to 75%, and the mass percent of the component B in the disinfection composition is N which equals to result of 1 subtracting M; the component A is bromate, and the component B is reducing sulphur-containing compounds. The disinfectant provided by the invention has a good decontamination effect and is low in cost as the raw materials are easily available. The disinfectant disclosed by the invention has bactericidal broad-spectrum, is simple and efficient, and is good in fluidity, wide in suitable temperature, safe to use, free from pungent smell, small in corrosion to metal, free from toxicity residue, free from secondary pollution, and suitable for disinfection of environment, air and substance surfaces.
