The test method comprises the following steps: the anode plate of the fuel cell is replaced with the partition test plate; the temperature in the high-low temperature box reaches a set low-temperature environment temperature; oxidizing agent and fuel are provided for the fuel cell to make the fuel cell be in normal operation; the data acquisition unit is used to acquire the voltage drop across two ends of each embedded resistor, the voltage of each temperature resistor and the current flowing through the temperature resistor on a real-time basis; and the data processing unit is used to calculate the current density distribution of each partitioned region in the fuel cell and the partition temperature at each moment according to received signals to obtain a current density distribution diagram and a temperature distribution diagram.
