The mask is composed of 1g of an extract obtained after extracting nine traditional Chinese medicines, 1.2g of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5mL of anhydrous ethanol, 8mL of distilled water, and additives comprising 1-2 drops of glycerin and sorbic acid. The nine traditional Chinese medicines comprise 40.0g of Herba Leonuri, 5.0g of Radix Codonopsis, 5.0g of fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 5.0g of Poria cocos, 2.5g of licorice root, 10.0g of Chinese angelica, 5.0g of fried white peony root, 5.0g of Ligusticum wallichii and 10.0g of prepared rehmannia root. An extraction process of the extract comprises the following steps: refluxing with 75% ethanol for 2h two times, carrying out pumping filtration, evaporating until no ethanol smell exists, concentrating to a thick paste with the mass of 5g, and adding distilled water to 25mL.
