active ingredient, 45 wt% to 85 wt% of a sustained-
release agent, and 15 wt% to 55 wt% of a
viscosity-
reducing agent, or contains 0.05 wt% to 0.5 wt% of an
active ingredient, and 45 wt% to 99.95 wt% of a thermal sensitive sustained-
release agent, wherein the
active ingredient is a GLP-1
receptor agonist, the sustained-
release agent is a polyorthoester, and the
viscosity-
reducing agent is preferably a glyceryl ester compound. Further provided are a
drug-
medical device combination product containing the sustained-release pharmaceutical composition, wherein the
drug is the above-described sustained-release
drug, and the
medical device is a jet microneedle capable of injecting high-
viscosity substances, and the use of the composition in the treatment of
metabolism-related diseases. The sustained-release pharmaceutical composition has significantly improved pharmacokinetic characteristics, can realize long-acting administration, improves
patient compliance, and exhibits good effects in improving blood
glucose control, promoting
weight loss, improving blood lipid levels, etc.
