The vegetation comprises one or more of Salix cheilophila, Caragana opulens and sea buckthorn, wherein the Salix cheilophila is arranged in the riverbank buffer zone of the 0-2-degree slope; the Caragana opulens is arranged in the riverbank buffer zone of the 2-5-degree slope; and the sea buckthorn is arranged in the riverbank buffer zone of the 5-15-degree slope.
