Abstract

The invention provides a designing method and achievement for a single PCB closed rogowski coil resisting magnetic field interference. The single PCB closed rogowski coil is formed by connecting a first coil and a second coil in series, the first coil and the second coil are arranged on a single PCB, and the winding direction of the first coil is opposite to the winding direction of the second coil. The single PCB closed rogowski coil comprises a plurality of same constitutional units which are connected in series, and the centers of the constitutional units are evenly distributed on a magnetic line of a magnetic field produced by current to be detected. Each constitutional unit comprises a circle of wire turn of the first coil and a circle of wire turn of the second coil, wherein the two wire turns are closely attached to each other. Each wire turn comprises an inlet wire, an outlet wire and a winding wire. The two outlet wires of the last constitutional unit are directly connected. The winding wires are formed by wires in different layers and holes among the different layers in a surrounding mode, the plane of each winding wire is perpendicular to the PCB surface, and the wiring routes of the winding wires coincide with one another in the direction perpendicular to the PCB surface. The normal direction of the magnetic line passing through the center of the section of the winding wires is approximately same with the direction of the section of the winding wires, and the tangential direction is approximately perpendicular to the section of the winding wires.
