When the web terminal is triggered to be synchronous with the mobile terminal, the method includes the steps that first, the web terminal gives out triggering operation to be synchronous with the mobile terminal; second, the web terminal sends a triggering synchronous operation instruction and contained operating information to a server in a packet mode, and the triggering synchronous operation instruction and the contained operating information are forwarded to the mobile terminal through the server; third, the received instruction and information are unpackaged by the mobile terminal, and corresponding functions of corresponding functional modules on the mobile terminal are triggered according to the content of the instruction; fourth, after the mobile terminal finishes corresponding operation, the mobile terminal sends an operation finish confirmation instruction and a corresponding information packet to the web terminal; fifth, after the web terminal receives the confirmation instruction, the received instruction and information are unpackaged by the web terminal and synchronized to the web terminal.
