Abstract

The invention discloses an organic light-emitting displayer pixel circuit, a driving method and a display device thereof. The pixel circuit comprises a horizontal scanning signal line Scan and a vertical data signal line Vdata. The pixel circuit also comprises a vertical control signal line CL, a control transistor T3 and a combined pixel unit which is connected with a power signal line Vdd. The vertical control signal line CL is electrically connected with the combined pixel unit. The horizontal scanning signal line Scan is connected with the gate electrode of the control transistor T3. The first electrode of the control transistor T3 is connected with the vertical data signal line Vdata. The second electrode of the control transistor T3 is connected with the combined pixel unit. With application of the organic light-emitting displayer pixel circuit, a switch transistor is ensured to enable the pixel circuit to be stably conducted and cut off when size of a flat-panel displayer is increased and resolution is enhanced, and thus a defect of poor display can be solved.
