Abstract
The invention relates to an assay method of a ligusticum wallichii fingerprint. The assay method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding ligusticum wallichii medicinal materials into medium powder, accurately weighing, adding ethyl alcohol, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, chilling, complementing lost solvent weight, filtering through a microporous filtering membrane and taking subsequent filtrate to obtain a test article solution; (2) preparing a reference substance solution; and (3) accurately sucking up the test article solution and the reference substance solution respectively, injecting into a high-performance liquid chromatograph, and measuring, so as to obtain the ligusticum wallichii fingerprint. The assay method has a positive role in effective feeding guidance of crude drugs in clinical medication and production processes and insurance of the reliability of the quality, and is convenient and fast to operate, so as to obtain a similarity result; the quality of the traditional Chinese medicinal material ligusticum wallichii is evaluated; and the conclusion is relatively objective and accurate.
