The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the medicinal materials and adding the weighed medicinal materials in a container, adding 8 times of water, decocting for 1.5h and filtering; adding 6 times of water to filter dregs, decocting for 1h and filtering; and combining filtrates, concentrating, drying and filling in capsule shells.
