Abstract

The invention discloses a novel evaluation method for microcirculation perfusion of an AMI (acute myocardial infarction) patient after PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) operation. The novel evaluation method specifically includes: performing realtime three-dimensional echocardiography combined cardiac acoustic contrast before the PCI operation, and quantitatively evaluating weight of perfusion defective myocardium (dangerous myocardium) and size of a left ventricle; adopting realtime three-dimensional echocardiography combined cardiac acoustic contrast technology 48h later after the PCI operation to evaluate weight of perfusion defective myocardium (infarcted myocardium); utilizing realtime three-dimensional echocardiography technology to remeasure size of the left ventricle 6 mouths later after the PCI operation; according to a weight ratio of the perfusion defective myocardium before and after the PCI operation, evaluating whether myocardial microcirculation disturbance after the PCI operation exists or not, in other words, evaluating whether reflow occurs or not, and performing relativity analysis to evaluate relationship between the microcirculation disturbance and long-term left ventricle reconstruction. By the novel evaluation method, accuracy of existing two-dimensional ultrasonic cardiac acoustic contrast is improved; the novel evaluation method can be used for predicting long-term left ventricle reconstruction of the AMI patient after the PCI operation to find high-risk patients as early as possible and guide clinic drug treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, and more specifically relates to a new evaluation method for microcirculation perfusion after PCI of AMI patients. Background technique [0002] Myocardial contrast-enhanced echocardiography is a new echocardiographic technique for evaluating myocardial microcirculation function. At present, myocardial contrast-enhanced myocardial perfusion defects are measured clinically under two-dimensional echocardiography. However, two-dimensional echocardiography uses single or combined slices, which cannot The area of perfusion defect that truly reflects the space. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of this, the present invention provides a new and more accurate evaluation method for microcirculation perfusion after PCI in AMI patients to solve the above problems. [0004] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: [0005] A method for eva...
