The invention relates to a
targeted drug delivery device for improving coronary
microcirculation disturbance. The
targeted drug delivery device comprises a targeted
drug carrying support and an implantation mechanism. One side of the far end of the implantation mechanism is provided with a targeted
medicine carrying support installed in a
blood vessel; the targeted
drug-loading
stent comprises a
stent body, and micro grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the outer surface of the
stent body; one side, facing the
blood flow of the lumen, of the stent body is coated with a
microcirculation improving
coating; one side, facing the
blood vessel wall, of each micro groove is coated with an anti-proliferation layer; the implantation mechanism comprises a
catheter, a guide wire cavity and a
drug delivery cavity are formed in the
catheter, the guide wire cavity is used for passing of a guide wire, and the
drug delivery cavity is used for
targeted drug delivery; compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: by physically anchoring a focus through the targeted drug-loaded stent and intelligently responding to a microenvironment through the
drug coating, "physical and chemical" dual precise positioning is realized, the local
drug concentration is significantly improved, and the untoward effects of the
whole body are reduced.
