The invention discloses a
spinning device suitable for a patient with
lumbar disc herniation and a using method, and relates to the field of
exercise rehabilitation physiotherapy devices for the patient with
lumbar disc herniation. The device is a
spinning composed of a base capable of lifting and moving back and forth, a lifting handlebar, a pressure meter for bearing pressure from upper limbs on the handlebar, a weighing

handle rider, the body of the rider naturally inclines forwards by increasing the height of a base or increasing the distance between the handlebar and the base, the
upper limb pressure borne by the handlebar is larger than 10% of the
body weight of the rider, and it is guaranteed that the
upper limb naturally supports the forwards-inclined upper half body during riding. According to the device and the using method, it is ensured that the upper limbs naturally support the forerake upper body during riding, the
lumbar spine load is relieved, and lumbago is relieved; meanwhile, the lower limbs are fully exercised to improve cardio-pulmonary functions.
