All the parts of the disposable injector are formed by use of a single degradable polylactic acid substrate with molecular weight of 2 million. The injection molding process of the disposable injector comprises the following steps: setting the temperature of a feeding hole within the range of 150-165 DEG C, the temperature of a compression section within the range of 155-170 DEG C, the temperature of a metering section within the range of 160-175 DEG C and the temperature of a nozzle within the range of 150-180 DEG C, setting the temperature of a mold within the range of 10-40 DEG C, injecting under the pressure within the range of 50-85Mpa for 4-5 seconds, maintaining pressure for 0 second, and keeping the rotating speed of a screw within the range of 160-180r / min; the various indices of the obtained totally-degradable disposable injector completely conform to the requirements of the national standards of GB15810-2001 sterile hypodermic syringes for single use and the national industrial standards of YY0497-2005 sterile insulin syringe for single use; after being abandoned, the injectors can be degraded by microorganisms into H2O and CO2 under natural conditions without being burnt; the environment is not polluted, and the purposes of controlling pollution, reducing white pollution, protecting the environment and saving the energy are achieved.
