Problems solved by technology

[0004] The liquid collection box used for negative pressure therapy equipment currently on the market may cause wound exudate to be sucked from the negative pressure interface during use, or the wound will ooze if the liquid collection box is accidentally knocked over If the liquid flows into the negative pressure interface, it will cause suction, which will affect the treatment and cause harm to the patient

Abstract

The invention provides an exudate collecting box for a negative-pressure therapy system. The exudate collecting box comprises an exudate collecting box shell, a negative-pressure connector and a dressing connector, wherein the negative-pressure connector is arranged on the upper half portion of the shell and connected with a negative-pressure source gas path, and the dressing connector is arranged on upper half portion of the shell and is connected with a dressing assembly. An isolation baffle provided with through holes is further disposed in the shell and isolates the negative-pressure connector from wound exudates. The isolation baffle is disposed between the negative-pressure connector and the dressing connector. The isolation baffle used for isolating the negative-pressure connector from the wound exudates is arranged in the exudate collecting box and independently isolates the negative-pressure connector, the through holes formed in the isolation baffle guarantee good air permeability between the negative-pressure connector and the dressing connector, and the size of the aperture of the through holes allows exudates to form an exudate film through surface tension when the exudates flow through the through holes, so that the situation that when the exudate collecting box falls, the wound exudates flow into the negative-pressure connector, affect therapy and harm patients is prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a negative pressure treatment system and a liquid collection box thereof. Background technique [0002] Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Devices Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Devices are called Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Devices in the United States, or NPWT for short. The principle is to promote wound healing by applying negative pressure to the wound. According to the clinical use experience in the United States in the past 10 years, the device has a good healing effect on various acute and chronic wounds. [0003] Please refer to figure 1 Generally, the negative pressure wound treatment device 10 includes a negative pressure generation controller 9 , a wound kit 8 and a container for storing exudate from the wound 1 (herein, the container is referred to as a liquid collection bottle 5 ). Wherein, the wound set 8 is used to seal the wound and create a negative pressure...
