This invention provides a medical cold compress hydrogel
bandage, relating to the biomedical field. It is a
bandage roll structure, primarily comprising a
bandage fabric body capable of being rolled into a roll. In its unfolded state, the bandage fabric body has a gel layer and a connector fixedly disposed on one surface, with the gel layer and connector positioned near the two ends of the bandage. The gel layer is used for direct contact with the
skin during bandaging, and the connector is used to fix the bandage ends to the fabric surface of the bandage fabric body after bandaging. When the bandage fabric body is rolled into a roll, the gel layer end is located at the outer end of the roll, and the connector is located at the core of the roll. The gel layer includes component A, component B, and
purified water. Component A mainly includes glycerin,
sodium polyacrylate, and a self-made composite crosslinking agent, while component B mainly includes kaolin and
tartaric acid. This invention ensures both the ease of use of the bandage roll and its ability to be easily unrolled and used within a relatively long
shelf life.
