Choke grooves are formed between adjacent antenna units; coupling grooves are arranged at the bottoms of the open-ended waveguides longitudinally to connect correction waveguides, thereby forming internal correction channels. One correction waveguide can be coupled with two adjacent columns of antenna units; and correction waveguide ridges and coaxial connectors are arranged in the correction waveguides to realize transmission and interfaces of the internal correction signals.
