The system comprises the heat collection-radiation device, an absorption-type refrigerationdevice and a cold water tank, the absorption-type refrigeration device and the cold water tank are connected with the two ends of the heat collection-radiation device respectively, during daytime, after heating of the heat collection-radiation device, the refrigeration device is driven to conduct refrigeration, and at night, the heat collection-radiation device is used for radiating heat to the outer space for refrigeration. By means of the heat collection-radiation device, the defects are overcome that sunlight cannot be used at night, and the refrigeration effect through space radiation during daytime is poor. The refrigeration process of near-zero energy consumption is achieved.
