As a second nanorod,a third nanorod, a fourth nanorod and afifth nanorod are made of phase-change materials, the conductivity of the second nanorod, the third nanorod, the fourth nanorod and the fifth nanorod is changed due to the temperature change, and therefore the refractive index of the device is changed, that is, dynamic regulation and control of the CD signal are realized by changing the temperature.
