According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problems that an expression mode of a logic expression adopted in the prior art is relatively complex and not easy to understand, and meanwhile, analysis by a computer is not facilitated can be solved.

The method comprises the following steps: 1) drawing a composition structure tree diagram of a target system according to the composition structure of the target system; 2) generating a two-dimensional information interaction relation matrix according to exchange information between subsystems involved in the composition structure tree diagram of the target system and between the subsystems and other related systems except the target system, wherein elements in the first row of the information interaction relation matrix are source systems of the information interaction relation, elements in the first column of the information interaction relation matrix are destination systems of the information interaction relation, and if the source system of the jth column transmits data to the destination system of the ith row, corresponding interaction information is filled in elements aij of the ith row and the jth column of the information interaction relation matrix; 3) importing the information interaction relation matrix into an overall design tool to generate an information interaction relation table; and 4) generating an information interaction relation graph of the system according to the generated information interaction relation table.
