thermal control device and a design method thereof. The
spacecraft intelligent
thermal control device comprises a flexible self-temperature-limiting
electric heating sheet, a crimping terminal, a connecting cable, a current
limiter and a power supply, the plurality of flexible self-temperature-limiting
electric heating sheets are adhered to a to-be-heated area of the
spacecraft assembly, and leads of the plurality of flexible self-temperature-limiting
electric heating sheets are connected in parallel and are crimped to the crimping terminal; the crimping terminal is connected to a current
limiter through a connection cable, and the current
limiter is connected to a power supply through a connection cable. Intelligent heating and
temperature measurement and control can be achieved through the flexible self-temperature-limiting electric heating piece, automatic adjustment of resistance is achieved according to the self temperature change after power supply, and therefore the
heating power is intelligently controlled, and when the self temperature reaches the maximum limiting temperature of a heating material, the
heating power is reduced to the minimum value, and the self-temperature-limiting function is achieved; and a plurality of flexible self-temperature-limiting electric heating sheets can be connected in parallel through crimping, so that even if a single flexible self-temperature-limiting electric heating sheet is completely damaged, the rest of the flexible self-temperature-limiting electric heating sheets can work normally, and the reliability is high.
