The first ratchet strip is a long-strip-shaped ratchet strip with downward ratchet teeth arranged on the front side face, is mounted in the sleeve, and can move up and down along an inner cavity of the sleeve. A long-strip-shaped opening is formed in the right side face of the sleeve. The first ratchet strip is fixedly connected with a platform through the long-strip-shaped opening. The platform is horizontally placed and can move up and down along the first ratchet strip.
