Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a flexible electronic system with self-adjusting binding force. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a deformation flexible substrate, namely preparing the deformation flexible substrate which has a liquid cavity, a membrane-based substrate and a combination array supported by the membrane-based substrate, wherein the membrane-based substrate forms the cavity wall of the liquid cavity, and the combination array is used for contacting with a combination target and used for exerting binding force; filling the liquid cavity with a volatile substance, sealing the liquid cavity, and keeping the volatile substance at a liquid state at a normal temperature; combining the deformation flexible substrate with a heating device; when the heating device emits heat, heating and volatilizing the volatile substance to a gas state, enabling the membrane-based substrate to swell to the exterior of the liquid cavity, and deforming the combination array, so as to reduce the binding force.
