Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the evaluation of the fetal heart rate signal baseline is mainly to determine the fetal heart rate monitoring indicators through manual measurement and calculation and naked eye recognition. The analysis and research of the fetal heart rate signal is not accurate enough, and the information contained in the baseline is not sufficiently extracted.

Embodiment Construction

[0032] A more typical specific implementation manner of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0033] A typical application scenario of the present invention is to obtain the baseline and its characteristic parameters by using the measured signal of fetal heart rate monitoring. Therefore, more objective and comprehensive information about the baseline characteristics of the fetal heart rate can be obtained by using the existing mature technology of fetal heart rate signal acquisition and the baseline curve extraction method.

[0034] Such as figure 2 As shown, take a subject who is 32 years old and has a gestational age of 37 weeks as an example.

[0035] In step T1, the system starts to receive the signal F(t) actually measured by the fetal heart rate monitor, and extracts the fetal heart rate signal f(t) from F(t).

[0036] Step T2 segments the input fetal heart rate signal f(t), and calculates the loss rate ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a baseline identification method for a fetal heart rate curve. A device for implementing the method comprises a signal input detecting module, a baseline identification extracting module, a baseline value parameter calculating module and a baseline value parameter output module. The method comprises the following steps: first, inputting fetal heart rate signals, performing pre-calculation, average optimization and interpolation smoothing in the baseline identification extracting module through pre-treatment and extraction of the effective signals, and calculating a baseline value; then, calculating the baseline proportion in a range and descriptive statistical parameters in a parameter calculating module; finally, outputting the calculating result in the baseline value parameter output module. The baseline value is calculated according to fetal heart rate data of long-term fetal heart rate monitoring and the definition of a fetal heart rate baseline, and has a relatively specific physiological significance; through combination of accelerating, decelerating and variance classifications, counts and duration proportions of the fetal heart rate, more comprehensive information can be obtained from the fetal heart rate signals; through application of the extracted baseline valve, the frequency domain of the fetal heart rate and related entropy information can also be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical signal processing, in particular to a baseline calculation and identification method for fetal heart rate curves in fetal heart rate monitoring. Background technique [0002] Electronic fetal heart rate monitoring, as an intrauterine monitoring technology for real-time acquisition of fetal heart rate signals and maternal uterine contraction signals, is currently widely used in obstetrics. The fetal heart rate curve contains a wealth of information about the fetal nerve and cardiovascular function. Since the fetus is located in the womb of the mother's abdomen, the fetal heart sound signal is easily disturbed by noise from the mother, sensors and the external environment. At present, most fetal heart rate monitoring systems use the principle of ultrasonic Doppler and use autocorrelation algorithm to calculate the instantaneous heart rate of the fetus. The comprehensive information of the shape, amplitud...
