Abstract

The invention provides a blood purification device and a blood purification system constructed by the same, and belongs to the field of blood purification treatment instruments. The blood purification device comprises a perfusion unit, a dialysis unit and a connecting unit. The perfusion unit comprises an adsorption column, a filter cavity of the adsorption column is divided into two or more filter layers through a division board in the axial direction of the adsorption column, and a plurality of communicating holes used for making the filter layers on the two sides of the division board communicated are formed in the division board. The dialysis unit comprises a dialysis column. The connecting unit comprises a first connecting end opening, a second connecting end opening and an opening and closing switch used for controlling communication between the first connecting end opening and the second connecting end opening, the first connecting end opening is used for being fixedly connected with one end opening of the adsorption column in a sealed mode, and the second connecting end opening is used for being fixedly connected with one end opening of the dialysis column in a sealed mode.
