Abstract

The invention discloses a method for solving unbalance fault of impellers of a wind turbine generator. The unbalance fault of the impellers is eliminated in a balance weight mode. The method comprises steps as follows: (1), a mounting error angle of a blade is taken as application parameters for aerodynamic non-balance, design parameters of the blade are taken as an evidence of modeling, and a blade model is formed; (2), the blade model obtained in the step (1), a fan transmission chain kinetic model and aerodynamic force required for a rated speed are used together to establish a whole fan kinetic analysis model; (3), the whole fan kinetic analysis model obtained in the step (2) is used for calculating a generator power curve, the obtained generator power curve and a power curve in the normal state are compared, and the optimum position of a balance weight required for unbalance fault of the impellers is found out.
