Embodiment

[0074] Comply with the above-mentioned technical scheme, see figure 1 , the bioluminescence tomography reconstruction method based on multi-light source resolution in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:

[0075] Step 1: Obtain anatomical information, optical specific parameters, and surface multispectral fluorescence data of the imaged target

[0076] For the research on subcutaneous lesions, the imaging target is defined as the skin tissue with a certain thickness regardless of the boundary. Referring to the literature [1], a cylinder with a radius of 42 mm and a height of 24 mm is generated for simulation.

[0077] CT scanning is performed on the imaging target to obtain its anatomical structure information, such as shape, size, position and other information.

[0078] Fix the above-mentioned imaging target on the electronically controlled rotary table, place the optical detection instrument above the imaging target, the light source generated inside ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bioluminescence tomography reconstruction method based on multi-light-source resolution. Optical property parameters and anatomical structure information are utilized as priori knowledge, and multispectral fluorescent data are combined, so that accuracy of BLT light source reconstruction and resolution of reconstructed images are improved; a self-adaptive feasible region iterative shrinkage strategy is adopted, so that morbidness of BLT reconstruction problem is reduced, and dependence, of reconstruction results, on reconstruction algorithms is lowered. A mixed clustering method combining AP clustering and K-means clustering is provided, so that limitation and defects caused when respective clustering algorithms are adopted solely are overcome. In the method, energy distribution information of grid nodes is used directly, and information such as energy, central coordinates and size of a tetrahedron to which reconstructed nodes belong is fully considered, so that stability of clustering algorithms is improved to greatest extent, and calculation time and complexity of the algorithms are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of molecular imaging, and relates to a bioluminescence tomography reconstruction method based on multi-light source resolution. Background technique [0002] Bioluminescence tomography (hereinafter referred to as BLT) is an important imaging modality in optical molecular imaging technology, which uses the biochemical reaction of luciferase and luciferin substrate in active molecules or cells for imaging; Positioning, which qualitatively and quantitatively reflects changes in the molecular and cellular levels of organisms. [0003] BLT reconstruction is an ill-posed problem whose solution is not unique and is easily affected by measurement noise. In the current research, the accuracy of the reconstruction results is mainly improved by setting the feasible area of the light source, adaptive finite element, adaptive grid, and effective regularization methods. Feng Jinchao proposed a method for automatically determini...
