Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the method of measuring the formaldehyde release in the plate in the national standard of China mainly adopts the perforation extraction method, but the perforation method is costly, complicated to operate, and uses many types of drugs, especially toluene is poisonous, difficult to handle, easy to pollute, and difficult to be used as a manufacturer self-assessment
There are also some equipment on the market that detect formaldehyde in the air with simple operation methods, but they can only make qualitative measurements on whether the formaldehyde content in the air exceeds the standard, and cannot measure the amount of formaldehyde released from wood-based panels, let alone quantitative measurements.

Embodiment 1

[0014] The present invention is a kind of detection method of the formaldehyde content of novel plate, comprising the following steps: (1) using water as the extraction solution, extracting the released substance in the tested sample by microwave, and the extraction time is 4 minutes;

[0015] (2) add the purified hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid identical to the volume of the tested sample in the container; (3) add the liquid formed in step (1), and add an equivalent amount of distilled water;

[0016] (4) Add 25 μl of formaldehyde chromogen, i.e. ammonium ferric sulfate, let stand for 15 minutes, and shake once every 5 minutes;

[0017] (5) Use a spectrophotometer to compare the color of the liquid in step (4) with the standard chromatographic plate to determine the result.

[0018] The concentration of the formaldehyde developer is 0.035g / ml.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel method for detecting content of formaldehyde in a plate. The novel method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting released substances in a detected sample piece through microwaves with water serving as an extracting solution for 4 to 8 min; (2) adding purified etidronic acid with the same volume as that of the detected sample piece into a container; (3) adding liquid formed in the step (1), and adding an equivalent amount of distilled water; (4) adding 25 microliters of formaldehyde developing agent, stewing for 15 to 20 min, and uniformly shaking once every 5 min; (5) comparing the color of the liquid in the step (4) with a standard chromatoplate by using a spectrophotometer. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, feasible, low in cost and pollution-free, is particularly suitable for self-detection of formaldehyde releasing property of a product by an enterprise, and is wide in application range; the method can be used for sampling inspection of plates and formaldehyde content detection of other products.
