The hydroxy benzotriazole is added after the amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, the diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid, the hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride and the terpolymer are stirred and mixed; and the composite corrosion inhibition antisludging agent is obtained by adding the water and the heptahydrate until the hydroxy benzotriazole is entirely dissolved. The hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride and the terpolymer used by the invention have a good diffusion effect, and can effectively prevent carbonates, phosphates and the like from being deposited and scaled. Meanwhile, the hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride and the terpolymer belong to a non-phosphate monomer, so that the agent phosphate content is reduced. A technical scheme of the present invention comprises that: the concrete super retarder adopts hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (ATMP) and water as raw materials, wherein a mass ratio of the three raw materials is 6:1:13. The preparation method comprises sequential adding the HEDP, the ATMP and the water into a stirring vessel, followed by slow heating to a temperature of 35-45 DEG C and uniform stirring. With the present invention, production technology of the concrete super retarder is simple, comprehensive production cost of the concrete super retarder is low, and later strength of the concrete is not reduced but is improved. An addition proportion of the concrete super retarder in the concrete is 0.05%-0.5% of mass of cementitious materials, such that the concrete can have an initial setting time of 0-120 hours, and the later strength of the concrete is unaffected after completing retarding. The concrete super retarder is widely applicable for a plurality of fields such as concrete construction in summer and mass concrete construction. According to the present invention, generations of temperature cracks are effectively prevented, slump loss is decreased, and long distance transport of the concrete is easy to be performed.

The method is to use phosphorus trichloride, acetic acid and ammonium thioacetamide as raw materials and comprises the following steps of: putting one-third of the acetic acid and the ammonium thioacetamide into a reaction kettle, stirring to control the temperature and the pressure, slowly dropping one-third of the phosphorus trichloride and putting one-third of the ammonium thioacetamide into the reaction kettle, stopping stirring and keeping stand; controlling the temperature and the pressure; dropping the remaining phosphorus trichloride into the reaction kettle; then stirring for 1 hour with the rotational speed of 50 to 60 revolutions per minute, raising the temperature slowly and reflowing; controlling the temperature and the pressure while reflowing; hydrolyzing the esters produced after reflowing under the negative pressure; concentrating the materials, filling air, removing impurities, reducing the temperature, putting the remaining phosphorus trichloride into the reaction kettle, sealing the reaction kettle and keeping stand, and then putting the materials into a mixing tank; regulating and filtering the materials so as to obtain an HEDP product. The product has extremely little arsenic with less than or equal to 3ppm, which not only reduces the environmental pollution, but also expands the application fields.

Organic phosphates or phosphonates include, but are not limited to, HEDP (1-Hydroxyethylidine-1,1-diphosphonic acid; also known as ethanol diphosphonate, acetodiphosphonic acid, or etidronic acid), ATMP or AMP (aminotri(methylenephosphonic acid)), PBTC (Phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid), DETPMP (Diethylenetriaminepenta(methylene phosphonic acid)), and HPA (hydroxyphosphono acetic acid). There are numerous other organic phosphates and phosphonates that will also serve as suitable secondary inhibitors.
