The waterborne epoxy resin curing agent has relatively good curing performance and water-solubility, contains 60 percent of solid content and is a pale yellow liquid. The addition of the curing catalyst solves the problems of the too low speed and too long period of curing at room temperature and excellent curing performance and film properties can be fulfilled at room temperature.
