Supported gold catalyst, its preparation and its application

The invention discloses a supported gold catalyst, its preparation and its application. The invention is characterized in that the catalyst employs a phosphine ligand for complexation of a monovalent gold compound, then monovalent gold compound is supported on an ordered meso pore phenolic resins material, and then the supported gold catalyst with supporting amount of 2.4-4.0wt% is prepared. The preparation of the supported gold catalyst comprises the steps of ordered meso pore phenolic resins chloromethylation and phosphine ligand; the supported gold catalyst has strong catalytic activity for being used in an intramolecular cyclisation reaction and an intermolecular allyl alcohol amination reaction of 2-alkynyl-1,3-dicarbonyls compounds, which is equivalent to the result of a homogeneous reaction. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, moderate reaction condition, good activity maintenance and little precious metals consumption, the cycle utilization of the catalyst is realized, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the invention provides the effective solution approach for existed problems of the intramolecular cyclisation reaction and the allyl alcohol amination reaction by traditional homogeneous gold catalysis.

Hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester and a preparation method of flame-retardant biodegradable polyester thereof. The hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester is prepared in the following steps: firstly reacting such A3 monomers as phosphorus oxychloride with such BB' monomers as methanolamine, ethanolamine and propanolamine under the protection of nitrogen, and then, adding a catalyst and an acid binding agent to perform a polycondensation reaction to generate the hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester through one-pot method. The molecular structure of the prepared hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester simultaneously contains a phosphate bond and a phosphamide bond, and the prepared hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester is biodegradable, so that when 2wt% of the synthesized hyperbranched polyphosphate amide ester is added in biodegradable polyester, the oxygen index reaches 30-35%, and UL-94 passes V-0 level. The prepared flame-retardant biodegradable polyester prepared by the invention keeps the biodegradability of the whole system, and the fire-retardant biodegradable polyester has better nucleation property. The flame-retardant biodegradable polyester can be used as fiber, engineering film and injection shaped piece.

The invention relates to a gold resistant and high thermal resistance PPA (Phenyl-Propanolamine)/PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) alloy as well as preparation method and application of the alloy. The alloy comprises the following components in parts by weight: 29 to 54.6 parts of PPA, 10 to 20 parts of PETG, 5 to 15 parts of toughening agent, 30 to 35 parts of alkali-free glass fiber, 0.2 to 0.5 part of an antioxidant, and 0.2 to 0.5 part of a processing agent, wherein the toughening agent is prepared by compounding maleic anhydride grafted SEBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) with maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-butylene-copolymer; the antioxidant is a phenol or phosphonolipid antioxidant; and the processing agent is one of EBS (Ethylene Bis Stearamide) and silicone powder or a mixture obtained by compounding EBS and silicone powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence: uniformly mixing and stirring all the raw materials except the alkali-free glass fibers; feeding the alkali-free glass fibers while melting and extruding; cooling; drying in the air; cutting into granules; and processing by strong magnet, thus obtaining the finished product of the alloy. The alloy is higher in impact strength, electrical property, modulus, rigidity and surface gloss, and can be normally used at all temperatures.

The invention discloses a glass antifogging agent and a preparation method thereof. The glass antifogging agent comprises a solution A and a solution B in a ratio of 5:1. The solution B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7-16 parts of polyoxyethylene surfactant, 10-25 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 5-25 parts of sodium pentachlorophenate, 2-7 parts of soap flake adhesive, 8-19 parts of ethyl silicate, 7-22 parts of gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 11-32 parts of ethanol and 1.3-9.5 parts of glacial acetic acid. Thereby, after use, the glass antifogging agent has sufficient surface strength, is clean and harmless, can not do harm to the humans or livestock, is simple to use, and has the advantages of favorable antifogging effects, long technical effective time (up to half a year or more) and no environment pollution; and the manufacturing technique is simple, so the cost is lower.

Process for preparing titanium dioxide with dispersion sensitive property and high weatherability

The invention relates to a method for preparation of titanic anhydride which is easy to disperse and is of high weatherability. The method consists of selecting 0.1 %-0.5 % hexametaphosphate, 0.1 %-0.3 % isopropanolamine or triethanolamine as disperser, dispersing the titanic anhydride paste and adjusting the PH value of the sodium-hydroxide solution to 10-11, adding silicate of soda solution and dilute sulphuric acid to cover silica dioxide at 91-95 DEG C, in which the added quantity of the soda solution is 1 %-6 % of the silica dioxide, then adjusting the PH value to 6.5-8.5, adding aluminum sulfate solution and sodium-hydroxide solution, in which the added quantity of the aluminum sulfate is 2 %-3.5 % of the aluminum oxide,maturing for 10 min to cover the aluminum oxide, rinshing and drying, then adding some organosilicon additive, performing comminution by gas stream to obtain the said titanic anhydride which is easy to disperse and is of high weatherability. The advantages of this invention lie in that it can effectively guarantee the dispersion of the paste before mat-forming treatment, can carry out the coating of the inorganic mat-forming treatment in single grain surface of titanic anhydride, and can reach the attempt of improving the weatherability and the dispersibility of titanic anhydride.
