The water reducing agent is in a liquid state and comprises the following ingredients: sodium oleate, water reducing type polycarboxylate plasticizer, slump type polycarboxylate plasticizer, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/itaconic acid/acrylic acid terpolymer, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, air entraining agent and triisopropanolamine. The super slump type polycarboxylate water reducing agent for bored pile concrete provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects that by using the super slump type polycarboxylate water reducing agent, the bored pile concrete is good in homogeneity, the static bleeding rate of the bored pile concrete can be generally less than 1%, stable working performance can be maintained within a long time span, meeting the working property of concrete after 0.5-5.0h can be met by adjusting the formulation and dosage and improving the compressive strength ratio of the concrete, and the 28 d strength can be more than 130% of that of benchmark concrete. The invention further provides a preparation method of the super slump type polycarboxylate water reducing agent for bored pile concrete.

Preparation method of triisopropanolamine modified early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer

The invention relates to a preparation method of a triisopropanolamine modified early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting raw materials; (2) dissolving polyester macromonomer, acrylic acid and maleic acid triisopropanolamine ester while stirring to obtain a uniform solution, then, adding an oxidizing agent, and stirring to obtain a uniform solution; (3) adding a reducing agent and chain transfer agent mixture into the uniform solution obtained in the step (2) at one step, continuing to stir, and adding a proper amount of deionized water to obtain the early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The preparation method has the following main advantages that 1, the water reducing ratio is high, cement particles can be effectively dispersed, and the early stage hydration is promoted; 2, triisopropanolamine can be slowly released in an alkaline environment for cement hydration, so that the hydration is further promoted, the early strength is improved, but the initial flowability of slurry is not affected; 3, a one-step method and a one-step feeding way are adopted in the preparation method, and the preparation method is simple in process and short in reaction period.

The invention discloses an alkali-free setting accelerator containing a coagulation and early-strength accelerator and an organic amine substance and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-free setting accelerator is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentages by mass: 35% to 50% of aluminum sulfate, 3% to 15% of magnesium sulfate, 0 to 15% of sodium fluoride, 0.125% to 0.5% of the organic amine substance, 1% to 5% of a thickening agent and 1% to 5% of a stabilizing agent, with the balance being water, wherein the mass percents of the components sum to 100%; and the organic amine substance is any one selected from the group consisting of triisopropanolamine, diethanolisopropanolamine and tetrahydroxyethyladipicdiamide.
