The invention discloses a
wind power grouting material suitable for an extreme marine environment and a preparation method thereof. The
wind power grouting material comprises super
sulfate cement,
Portland cement, fine aggregate,
silica fume, steel fibers, a
crystal nucleus early strength agent and an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing superfine mineral
powder,
gypsum and
cement clinker in proportion, adding
triisopropanolamine and
nano silicon dioxide,
grinding by a planetary mill, atomizing a
silane coupling agent, spraying the atomized
silane coupling agent to the surface of the ground
powder, and continuously
grinding. According to the grouting material disclosed by the invention, on the basis of improving the durability performance of the grouting material, such as
chloride ion permeation resistance and
sulfate corrosion resistance, on the basis of the super-
sulfate cement, the super-sulfate cement is combined with ordinary
silicate, and the super-sulfate cement is modified, so that the
advantage of resisting sulfate
corrosion and
chloride ion corrosion of the integrally prepared grouting material is improved; the problem that the
offshore wind power grouting material is eroded by
seawater is effectively solved, meanwhile, the strength of the grouting material can be improved, and the grouting material is large in fluidity and high in elasticity modulus, has the capacity of resisting the extreme
ocean environment and is suitable for construction of
deep sea and
open sea wind
turbine generators.
