big data. The
system includes: a
data acquisition module for acquiring time-series flow rate, material level, and temperature data from storage tanks; a batch weight calculation module for converting incoming batches into a mixed weight matrix based on flow rate and material
level data, and determining the
logical address segment of the flow stagnation zone based on material temperature to implement vector masking, dividing the matrix into suspended and iterative subsets; and a
traceability map generation module for calculating the proportion weights and constructing an
association model to generate a quality
traceability map. This invention translates the physical mixing process into the flow law of data weights through a
logical address management mechanism, solving the defect of ambiguous batch boundaries in
continuous mixing conditions, and realizing penetrating quality auditing and risk warning from the original
raw material source to the finished product.
