The invention discloses an apparatus for testing a
spray drift distance of a
plant-protection unmanned aerial vehicle. The apparatus includes a frame. A fan, a spray head, a
wind sensor, a fan regulation control button, a
water collection plate, a collecting tank, a flowmeter, a variable frequency pump, and a water tank are disposed on the frame. The
wind sensor monitors a wind scale of the fan. The fan regulation control button controls start and stop of the fan and a wind magnitude. A middle cross bar is disposed between the top and the bottom of the frame, the
water collection plate is disposed on the middle cross bar, the collecting tank is installed outside the middle cross bar, and an end of the
water collection plate extends into the collecting tank. A baffle is disposed at the topof the frame and around the middle cross bar to the top of the frame except a side on which the collecting tank is installed. The apparatus realizes a
spray drift distance test of an unmanned aerial vehicle spray head under different scales of wind indoors, avoids complexity and result uncertainty of an outdoor
flight test, and provides effective
test data for spray performance and a wind resistance class of the unmanned aerial vehicle spray head. In addition, the invention further discloses a method for testing the
spray drift distance of the
plant-protection unmanned aerial vehicle.
