Compared with present cement-based grouting materials treating the sulphoaluminate cement and the aluminous cement as main cementing materials, the high-strength micro-expansive grouting material, which is obtained through treating the Portland cement as a main cementing material component, carrying out ultrafine crushing of the cementing material component via an ultrafine crushing technology, and processing, has the characteristics of high early-stage strength, excellent fluidity, increased long-term strength, and good durability; and compared with traditional epoxy mortars, the high-strength micro-expansive grouting material has the characteristics of micro-expansion, simple and fast construction, non-toxicity, and harmlessness.

By the method, the manufacturing cost of the expansive concrete caisson pile can be reduced obviously; and compared with the common expansive concrete caisson pile, the expansive concrete caisson pile has the advantage of obviously increasing the bearing capacity of a single caisson pile.

Concrete and preparation technology thereof

The invention relates to a concrete and a preparation technology thereof. The concrete comprises water, cement, fly ash, mineral powder, straw powder, machine-made sands, natural sands, broken stones,modified recycled aggregates and an additive. An aggregate modification process comprises the following steps: S1, the recycled aggregates are infiltrated with 1-3% acetic acid for 1-2 h to obtain afirst product; and S2, the first product is washed with water, then is added to a slurry prepared from water, calcium sulphoaluminate, cement, fly ash and straw powder, and is wrapped to form a secondproduct with a thickness of 1-2 mm, and the second product is coagulated to obtain the modified recycled aggregates. The preparation technology of the concrete comprises the following steps: 1, adding the cement, fly ash, mineral powder and straw powder to water, and performing uniform stirring to obtain a first mixture; and 2, adding the machine-made sands, natural sands, broken stones, modifiedrecycled aggregates, the additive and the remaining water to the first mixture, and performing uniform stirring to obtain the concrete. The recycled aggregates are used after being modified, so the problem of increase in the dry shrinkage rate and the creep property of the concrete, caused by the self characteristics of the recycled aggregates, is improved.

High-strength sulphoaluminate cement and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to high-strength sulphoaluminate cement and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength sulphoaluminate cement contains the following components by weight percent: 75-85% ofsulphoaluminate cement clinker, 5-10% of silica fume, 5-15% of gypsum, 0.5-5% of reinforcing components, and 0-1% of a retarder. In the mineral composition of the sulphoaluminate cement clinker, the content of calcium sulphoaluminate is greater than 60%. In the silica fume, the content of SiO2 is greater than 85%. Dihydrate gypsum or natural anhydrite is adopted as the gypsum. The reinforcing component is prepared from lithium carbonate, calcium hydroxide and aluminum sulfate, wherein the weight percentages of lithium carbonate, calcium hydroxide and aluminum sulfate in the high-strength sulphoaluminate cement are respectively 0.2-1%, 0.3-2% and 0-2%. The retarder is industrial borax or boric acid. According to the invention, the setting time of the sulphoaluminate cement can be effectively adjusted, so as to meet the construction requirement of actual engineering; the sulphoaluminate cement is remarkably improved in both early-stage and long-term strength, and has the advantages of freezing resistance, and impermeability and erosion resistance, and the application scope of the sulphoaluminate cement is expanded.
