The device comprises a purified water tank, a radon daughter collection chamber, a radon daughter measurement chamber, a PC (Personal Computer) acquisition card and a PC control measurement device; after the radon daughter collection chamber collects radon daughters, the radon daughters flow into the radon daughter measurement chamber as water; a probe in the radon daughter measurement chamber transmits the detected radioactive signals to the PC acquisition card; and the PC acquisition card is used for digitalizing the radioactive signals detected by the probe and then converting the digital radioactive signals into radioactive total amount or energy spectrum data for detection, analysis and processing of the PC control measurement device, thus obtaining the content of the radon daughters. The device breaks the tradition, and adopts a new radon daughter collection mode to realize instantaneous measurement and continuous measurement of the radon daughters.
