Abstract

The invention relates to a drinking water supply device. The drinking water supply device comprises a housing, which is used to form an appearance of a drinking water supply device; a water supply pipe, in which flows the clean water; a mineral water supply module, which comprises a mineral water supply pipe, a mineral material box used for storing predetermined amount of contracted minerals, a pump used for discharging minerals to the mineral supply pipe, and a mineral water generating unit connected with the water supply pipe and the mineral supply pipe; a discharging pipe, which is connected with the mineral water generating unit used for discharging the clean water or the mineral water; a mineral discharging sensor, which is used for sensing the discharging of the minerals; a controller, which is used to determine whether the mineral water supply module is abnormal according to the mineral sensed by the mineral discharging sensor, and is used to calculate the residual amount of the mineral stored in the mineral box based on the sensed discharged amount of the minerals; and a display unit, which is used to display the residual amount of the mineral according to the signal from the controller.
