Abstract

Meanwhile, a detection device is provided with two equal-thickness electro-optical crystals; and by adjusting the included angle between crystal axes of the two pieces of electro-optical crystals, corresponding phase compensation is realized on phase delay of two components, o light and e light, of the probe light passing through the first electro-optical crystal, thereby realizing linear probing of strong terahertz pulses and improving measurement precision.
